2022.01.21 12:19 ArtMai Windows 7 with two network cards. CCProxy

Hi everyone, help will be very much appreciated.
So I've got a win 7 pc with two network cards, one connected to the Internet/router and one connected to serveswitch.
All incoming network should be rerouted, from the network card connected to the router, to the one that's connected to the server. I use a program called CCProxy. It works perfectly fine on Windows XP, but I'm trying it out on Windows 7.
That way clients on the server can connect to the Internet. In Windows xp, on the bottom right corner it shows the two networks cards, and a third network icon showing them being connected/routed.
Windows 7 shows two network adapters, both should be configured correctly, I've also enabled IpEnableRouter in regedit.
But I think I need to connect a route somehow or something to make it work. I've tried add route in cmd but I may be doing it wrong or it is unnecessary.
Thanks to whoever can help.

2022.01.21 12:19 Elena_0119 Please help me in my search of an artist

Hello people.
I want a cover up of a tattoo and so far my idea is to get some flowers (botanical style) with a big black background in the forearm.
I haven’t find in my area someone that has made similar tattoos. I’ve found people in the organic black and botanical style and people doing black work, but never a combination of both.
What would you please recommend me?
To focus more on an artist with more experience in black work or artists in the other styles?
Thank you guys

2022.01.21 12:19 rolandtower439 New employer pushed me to work freelance and I feel like I am being taken advantage of - any advice?

Hi there - I recently started a new job, I have been working there for almost two weeks now. I applied for this job as a PA for a Publicist which was advertised as full time work at 25-30k. It took a while to start the job and she told me that I would work freelance for the first three months and then evaluate afterwards. I had a bad gut feeling about it but I went for it anyway as my lease in London was almost up and I needed something so that I could stay there, and the pay was amazing for 23 year old who moved to London last year.
When I started the job she told me that my travel and lunch would be paid for - which is great. All of the tasks that I have done so far have been designing the documents and giving them a fresh modern look - before I started working on them they looked like a powerpoint for a school presentation, really bad. For my first week I worked 27 hours and this week I have worked less. My current task is to redesign her entire website.
I called her today to ask about my hours since it was not the amount advertised and agreed to (she said multiple times on the phone she needed someone full time). She told me that my design work was great but she doesn't see me as a personal assistant (even though I have been given literally zero tasks as an assistant so I haven't had the possibility to show those skills) - one time she told me off for not reading an email even though it was sent the half hour before work whilst I was on the tube.
I am worried that I am being taken advantage of - that I might not get paid when I send my invoice. I also feel that she is making me do a lot of work that should cost a lot more - for instance she wants me to design her entire website and it seems she wants me to do that within two weeks, so I gathered that the cost of my time to make the website would be much, much cheaper than getting an actual web designer. It was very insulting for her to say to me that I would not make a good PA or good with managerial roles even though she said that I would be taught everything yet haven't even been given an opportunity to try those things.
Does anyone have any advice for this situation - in terms of working freelance (which I didn't particularly want to do) and having the situation be manipulated in such a way. This is worrying me a lot as I do not get any financial support from my family and have run out of savings since I was last employed in August.
TLDR; I started a new job as a PA to a publicist, was made to work freelance fulltime but am only averaging 25 hours a week. I have been told that I am not good enough to be a PA but my design work is great. It seems she wants me to redesign her entire company's look and redesign the website within a matter of weeks. I am worried about being paid and if I'm being taken advantage of - I've never done freelance before.

2022.01.21 12:19 badChoices100 things are shaky

The economy has been in make believe land for a long time. Mastercard came out and said this was the best Christmas shopping season in3 years. They forgot to mention that because of inflation, everything cost more, thats why Mastercard saw higher charges. Then the retailers come out and say their sales were down. As of today, we still have Christmas products sitting on ships in the middle of the ocean waiting to be offloaded. Do you think they are going to be late to the shelves?
Everything is a mess right now. Expect to see a correction. GME is below $100 right now. wow.
Expect to see all stocks go for a dip. This could last weeks. This could last 18 months. Only time will tell as more and more data and trends come out.
But one thing is for sure. I am not selling my DWAC. In fact, I AM BUYING THE DIP. This is a brand new company that has a bright future ahead of it.
Keep your head up. If you don't have a job out of laziness...... go get a job NOW. It's easier to get a job when you have a job. The employees market is over. When stores, businesses, coffee shops start shutting down there will be less jobs to choose from.
If you do this right, things will get better. Houses will be affordable. Cars will be cheaper. Airlines will be cheaper. Etc.
I was a student of the 2008 market crash. I got out of the Army in 2009. I vegged out like a loser for a long time. I worked a low paying job on the ladder to my forever career. I finally got up that ladder and got the career I wanted. This is my stock market crash. I am going to come out ahead. I am going to come out a beast.
Keep your heads up. Keep HODL DWAC. LGB

2022.01.21 12:19 abw01 What year is the story in?

So the first years were being in 2002 which would make them 20 this year. But they're 15 years old. So is it set 5 years in the past, if so why?

2022.01.21 12:19 Standing_Small R6 Squad finder server, tournaments and Extraction finder.

If we get more players I can plan mini tournaments similar to the six invitational and just have general fun. Little rules on the server so if someone is a cunt you can call them that. Just good craic and honesty.
The server is for siege and like it has little rules, and probably monthly tournaments across regions and all platforms, then like the six invitational maybe every now and again we will combine all regions into a super tournament. All depending on numbers of course so join and maybe we can do that!
I really want to start organising tournaments for xbox / pc / ps. I want to stream the games too and have some fun, other than that tho you can join just to find teammates or join to partake in the tournaments etc. Or even help out in the tournaments as staff etc. I need players tho! https://discord.gg/XWBBDPcw9R
We recently just added the extraction section, so feel free to join a server with 100 members and possible tournaments soon.
